Refund policy

A refund will be issued if the request is received within 30 days of delivery. J&E Pro Audio, Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for all items not returned in the condition in which they were sent. Please be advised the following fees can imply, shipping costs (to and from), and a restocking fee up to 20% (depending on the item's condition). If the product is inspected and in new condition (seals intact), we will issue a full refund minus shipping fees.

J&E Pro Audio, inc. will send a return label and RMA for any defective items or wrong items sent. These items must be sent out within the next 2 business days of having received the return label. Please include all original packaging (All original packaging is important to count towards the full refund) and box sufficiently to prevent the return shipment from becoming damaged. The refund will take place after the inspection of the product.

If a return is requested due to "wrong item ordered", "ordered by mistake" or any other reason not having J&E Pro Audio, Inc. at fault will need to be returned at the customer's expense.
