Shipping policy

Shipping rates under $149.99 are weight based and set by the carrier of our choice unless otherwise noted by you (the buyer). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

J&E Pro Audio, Inc. is not responsible for late shipment due to carrier time frames. Once the order is given to the carrier, the estimated delivery times can change at any time and as they wish.

Turnaround Times

Same day ship-out is available for items labeled "In Stock" and is placed before 2:00pm PST. If the item is labeled "Special Order Item" Please allow 7-14 days to receive a shipment notification.
